The classic bistro fare served here is really only a prelude to the main event: dessert. The pastry cases are filled with cakes, tarts, pies and other mouthwatering treats. Our favorite is Death By Chocolate (what a way to go!). Gelato and sorbet are also served. The café is quite similar to the café-bars that have been a part of the Austrian social scene for centuries. Whether sipping a coffee, sharing a rich sundae, or simply nibbling at a salad, it’s easy to linger here. The comfortable, upscale, European ambience is enhanced by nightly performances of classical music.
