This Neapolitan restaurant appreciates the concept of simple pasta---go easy on the sauce. Menu highlights include all the favorites: ravioli, spaghetti puttanesca and chicken Parmesan. Hidden in the madness of New York's Little Italy, Sorrento could easily be mistaken for another tourist joint. But if it's Italian you desire, this is one of the best in the neighborhood.
