Chef Larry Leong and wife/manager Eileen will guide you through the menu of this Western-looking family-run Chinatown restaurant. Larry prepares his specials from ingredients found at the market that morning, and stir-fried cooking of these fresh ingredients is a treat. Other good bets include the hand-roll of lettuce stuffed with squab, chicken or vegetables, the steamed dumplings, chicken with ginger and scallions and the simple roast duck. Call ahead to request the sublime stuffed duck or mousse of pike. Sea bass, one of the most popular choices here, is also tamed by the master in a number of impressive preparations.
