China Fun is the creation of Dorothea and Felix Wu and their son Albert. Shanghai-born Mrs. Wu is the only grandniece of General Chiang Kai-shek. Her husband is a former nuclear scientist and Albert holds a variety of degrees from academic and culinary colleges. This intriguing family has imbued China Fun with sophisticated influences and many signature dishes. Check out the Stone Forest Chow Fun---shredded chicken in a piquant peanut-and-garlic sauce spangled with cilantro. Chicken soup here is a true curative.
