Custom American Wine Bar Restaurant Review:

Bedecked with wood from an old boarding house in upstate New York and light fixtures from a Detroit department store, this Williamsburg wine bar is as much a delight for the eyes as it is the palate. As the name suggests, the wine (as well as the craft beers and the bourbon) are all American, all the time. There are some affordable bottles and glasses available, especially Riesling from the Finger Lakes region of New York and a Syrah from Washington State. The food has a slight southern slant, with popcorn shrimp and fried green tomatoes, and very good pork belly sliders.
