THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Dok Suni's Restaurant Review:

This inviting storefront is nothing like the bright neon-lit Korean restaurants that line 32nd Street in Korea Town. Dok Suni's is hip, from the loud funky music to the décor. Though it's noisy and the tables are close together, the place is packed nightly with East Villagers who crave the multiple spicy kimchi dishes, traditional bulgogi (thinly sliced, tender prime beef, marinated Korean style, grilled and served with red leaf lettuce and miso sauce), or bibimbop (hot rice with seasoned vegetables, over-easy egg and optional beef). Make sure to order a cold beer to counter the effects of the spicy seasoning.
