THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Dubuque Restaurant Review

: This restaurant and bar in the Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn, is not, it should be noted, named for the town in Iowa that is known for its canned ham. It’s more like an acronym of sorts for Down Under the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway. Locals come here mostly for one reason, though: the burger. There are a few varieties on the menu, including one stuffed with truffles and one stuffed with pesto, but just the regular burger (with cheddar cheese on top) is one of the better burgers you’ll find in Brooklyn. There are plenty of very good sides too: roasted Brussels sprouts and smoky deviled eggs. Wash it all down with a pint of one of the small handful of American craft brews on tap.
