Evergreen Restaurant Review:
Shoppers, office workers and local residents don't have to schlep downtown for good Chinese food anymore. This upscale outpost of the Chinatown favorite serves the same great soup buns, noodles and other Shanghai specialties. Not to be missed are the fried pork buns, Shanghai-style rice cakes, and diced chicken with cashews. Also, be sure to order the drunken chicken marinated in rice wine or the crispy shredded beef sautéed in chili sauce. The place is comfortable and bright, and best of all, there is never a wait.
