| The name (sort of) says it all: this eatery, located inside the bustling and industrial-looking Chelsea Market, offers farm-to-table fare with an emphasis on the environment. The menu spans the globe, but that’s okay because rarely does anything fail to satisfy. The halibut tacos, two stuffed tortillas (complete with a red cabbage salsa) accompanied by an ultra-fresh salad of mixed greens, could compete with an upscale Mexican eatery. The New York banh mi sandwich is hearty but lacks pâté which usually gives this Vietnamese sandwich an extra layer of goodness. The huge burger, Manx Station grass-fed beef and an Amy's Bread roll, is impressive. The beer and wine selection is small, but affordable and mostly local. |
