Veteran restaurateur Anne Rosenzweig (Arcadia, Lobster Club) and chef Charleen Badman run a spot that beckons you to come in from the cold. The menu: well-done American. The décor: Minimalist (a few African masks and black-and-white photos on the walls). The must-order: Addictive parsley- and garlic-flecked fries; mustard crisped crab cakes; and Newport steak.
