 Jacques “Mr. Chocolate” Torres, former Le Cirque 2000 pastry chef and Food Network star, has created his own haute Wonka chocolate factory and boutique among the warehouses and cobblestones of DUMBO. Whether you like milk or dark chocolate, truffles or peanut brittle, you won't be able to leave without buying something. Decisions are difficult: liquid caramel, port wine, passion fruit, or a Champagne truffle? Have a cup of wicked hot chocolate (featuring the flavors of allspice, cinnamon, sweet ancho chili peppers and smoked ground chipotle chili peppers) at one of the three café tables in the shop, or pull up a stool at the little bar.
