 Master sushi chef Katsuya Uechi and designer Philippe Starck continue their collaboration with Katsuya Downtown at L.A. Live. The 7,500-square-foot space includes lounge-like indoor seating and an outdoor dining patio. Sushi and sashimi platters and custom rolls are prepared at the rectangular sushi bar, and specialty cocktails include the Honey Basil Sling.
