L'Alsace Restaurant Review:

Located on the Champs-Élysées, this two-tier brasserie caters to everybody, notably the night owls as it’s open 24 hours a day. Seafood and sauerkrauts draw tourists and businessmen alike. Expect various oysters and sauerkrauts with cabbage macerated in white wine and prepared with fat duck and mustard. We recommend among them the Maison d’Alsace, which includes spare rib, smoked breast, blood sausage, knack (the sausage from Strasbourg made of veal, beef and pork), cumin-smoked sausage and pig’s knuckle. A few Alsatian wines, such as a Riesling, are suggested to match this hearty fare. Even the lemon sherbet is prepared Alsatian style, with Gewürztraminer Marc. Nice and professional staff.
