Though the menu is a combination of Spanish and Italian, the cooks here seem more at home with the former cuisine. Skip the overdone pasta and go for the juicy and well-seasoned roast chicken served with rice and beans; the tender pork in a spicy sauce; or any of the seafood dishes. The veal chop smothered with mushrooms is an especially good buy. Tasty sandwiches and fresh salads are fine for lunch.
