Ma Chère & Tendre Restaurant Review: The steakhouse of the Meridien Etoile hotel boasts a modern setting in red tones, with bottles exposed on shelves along a luminous wall. Businessmen and tourists alike flock to the place to enjoy beef cuts from diverse origins. Expect a satisfying lunch menu with a composition that changes regularly. On the day of our visit, we were treated to shrimps tempura with sweet potato moss, cocoa milk and curry; finely cooked pork roast stuffed with prunes and served with an addictive port wine sauce; and a hearty Paris-Brest. Attractive wine list, with many items from Bordeaux and Burgundy.
