In addition to fresh cuts of sushi is a menu offering the likes of wasabi-marinated tuna tartare and razor-thin tuna carpaccio subtly seasoned with delicate spices that preserve the natural flavors of each ingredient. Yakitori, tender morsels of marinated chicken, beef, vegetables and seafood, demonstrate the kitchen’s versatility in different facets of Japanese cuisine. Delicate Chilean sea bass and lean Japanese Kobe beef are highlights among entrées. Filtered and unfiltered sakés complement the food.
