 The steaks here are the same aged Prime you'll find at other locations of this national steakhouse chain, complete with detailed tableside presentation. We like the steaks, but start with the Shrimp Chef Alexander, or perhaps the lump crab direct from Louisiana and served with a spicy rémoulade sauce. The soufflés must be ordered in advance, and while chocolate is the favorite with most, we choose the lemon for a light and elegant finale to a big, beefy meal. The wines are exceptional and some are amazing values, too.
