Nikki Beach is trendy, yes, and there’s no denying that dancing and the good old seeing and being seen are the priorities here---but there are also good eats to be found. Try the firecracker shrimp; pineapple chicken skewers; lobster beignets with sweet-and-sour sauce; or, if you're in the mood for something heartier, the roasted salmon with crispy polenta, red pepper sauce and citrus salad.
