OLA, short for Of Latin America, is from chef Douglas Rodriguez. Here you can order the Nuevo Latino king's famous ceviches, Latino-spiced meatballs in a foie gras sauce and---as a replacement for that roasted suckling pig that put Chicama on the map---crisp pork with a Cuban oregano-lime mojo. With dishes like that headlining dinner, rice and beans are a hazy memory.
