| One of the few restaurants in the Meatpacking District that doesn’t try to please absolutely everyone, Pop Burger is an often-packed all-hours burger joint and lounge. There is a dark space in the back for those who want to park themselves for the evening, but the restaurant is just as welcoming to those who sit in the front, which boasts décor cleverly riffing on fast food restaurants everywhere. The eponymous burgers are first-rate---tiny yet tall sliders made with brioche. Coupled with a thick shake, it’s the perfect capper to a night on the west side. |
