| This charming, colorful café is a neighborhood staple and is a top choice for dinner in Chelsea. The colorful bar stools, corn-husk light fixtures and Mexican folk art set the mood for some seriously creative and fun Mexican fare. Sure, you can get an enchilada or a burrito fix at Rocking Horse, but we suggest taking advantage of such sophisticated entrées as the enchiladas made with pomegranate-charred free-range chicken, pomegranate-guajillo salsa, refried beans and pickled cabbage; or the pan-seared chile-crusted tuna with chorizo poblano wild rice and sweet corn emulsion. For dessert, ordinary Mexican flan is dressed up with pistachio brittle and a coconut tuile. |
