THIS RESTAURANT HAS CHANGED NAMES TO SHELLY’S BIG CITY. A wildly eclectic “New York” menu in lively Midtown.
THIS RESTAURANT HAS CHANGED NAMES Shelly's Prime Steak, Stone Crab & Oyster Bar Restaurant Review:
THIS RESTAURANT HAS CHANGED NAMES TO SHELLY’S BIG CITY. Only the ever-nostalgic Shelly Fireman has the guts to open a string of New York-themed restaurants in New York. His others are Fireman's of Brooklyn and Brooklyn Diner. (He also owns Trattoria dell Arte and Redeye Grill.) At this West 57th Street location, the menu runs the gamut of New York food: from hamburgers to foie gras, lobster to fish 'n' chips, aged beef to Chinese. The three-level emporium---a 180-seat former Wolf's Deli---also spans a broad area.
