Superiority Burger Restaurant Review:
Buzzed-about Superiority Burger has re-opened in a larger location in the East Village to much anticipation from vegetarians and meat-eaters alike. The reason? The namesake burger transcends the typical cardboard-tasting veggie incarnation of yore. On offer is a meat-free burger made with beans, tofu and grains that even carnivores can get behind. The short menu also consists of a very good spicy broccoli salad, and vegetable version of a Sloppy Joe. The mastermind behind it all is chef Brooks Headley, who served time as the pastry chef at Del Posto.
