: Towne Food & Drink, a venture of restaurateur Armen Shirvanian (Pasadena's Mi Piace), is located in a 7,000-square-foot space in downtown's Watermarke Tower designed by Mark Zeff. The menu features New American cuisine from a culinary team that includes New York chef Eric Hara (davidburke & donatella, The Oak Room at The Plaza) and Scott Conant protégé Ryan Morrison. The whimsical desserts are handled by pastry chef Tamara Davis (Aquavit, Boule, Bottega Louie).
