For two days starting March 3, the Minnesota Monthly Food and Wine Experience is inviting everyone to Target Field, Minnesota’s popular baseball park, to celebrate their 18th year event. There will be 200 exhibitors sampling wines, food from local restaurants and specialty beers; however, guests can do more than eat and drink; they can discuss the food with local chefs, the beers with craft brewers and the wine with winemakers. At his eponymous restaurant, Vincent A Restaurant, chef Vincent Francoual offers a five-course tasting menu paired with five wines for $72 per person. (Served only to the entire table.) Wine flights available for $40 per person; add cheese course for an additional $6.
