At his eponymous restaurant, Vincent A Restaurant, chef Vincent Francoual offers a five-course tasting menu paired for $74 per person (wine pairings are an additional $42). Wine flights available for $40 per person; add cheese course for an additional $6. Vincent also has two happy hours: Monday through Friday 4:30 p.m.-6 p.m. and Monday through Thursday 8:30 p.m.-9:30 p.m. Enjoy half-price signature martinis, $5 Bubble "Petillant" Cocktails, $3 beers, and $4 wines by the glass.
