This dry cava from the Penedès region of Spain has a history dating back to the seventeenth century. Named for the last Codorníu heiress to bear the family name, Anna de Codorníu was the first cava to incorporate Chardonnay in its blend. It offers crisp citrus and floral aromas and a good balance of acidity and sweetness in the mouth.
