Flute Restaurant Review:
This tri-level Midtown space is devoted to the bubbly stuff. It’s elegantly appointed with plush upholstery and it even has a room just for desserts and chocolate drinks. Served along with the more than 100 different Champagnes (many by the glass) are caviar and a variety of Vietnamese spring rolls with Scottish smoked salmon, or foie gras. Maison du Chocolat bonbons and other special desserts complete the experience. Also located at 40 E. 20th St., 212-529-7870.
