This tri-level Midtown space is devoted to the bubbly stuff. It’s elegantly appointed with plush upholstery and it even has a room just for desserts and chocolate drinks. Served along with the more than 100 different Champagnes (many by the glass) are caviar and a variety of Vietnamese spring rolls with Scottish smoked salmon, or foie gras.
