Chef David Kinch's progressive cuisine elevates the singular dining experience at this rustic Los Gatos hideaway. His cooking is built on the cornerstone of the bounty harvested from close-by Love Apple Farms, which utilizes biodynamic practices. A seasonal tasting menu offers some twelve to fourteen courses, and the wine list's more than 600 selections focus on the Santa Cruz Mountains, Burgundy and Germany.
