Singing Dog Vanilla Organic Vanilla Coffee - Review

Bittersweet Blend

Singing Dog Vanilla Coffee is named for the rare New Guinea Singing Dog

Made with organic whole vanilla beans and a blend of organic coffee beans grown in Sumatra, Colombia and Guatemala, Singing Dog Vanilla Organic Vanilla Coffee is a great brew to enjoy on weekends in order to break the monotony of our regular daily brew. The roast offers pungent aromas and a pleasant freshness. In the mouth, its flavor evolves from a creamy smoothness to bitter vanilla. But it's not an unpleasant bitterness. Many beers are bitter and that's often a good thing! It's certainly not sweet like one might expect it to be, due to the fact that unlike many flavored coffees it doesn't use artificial sweeteners or syrups. Those who typically add sugar to their coffee will certainly want to sweeten this brew.
