THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Bouterin Restaurant Review

: We're charmed by this lovely, antique- and flower-filled Proven├žal restaurant, where you dine amongst views of the East River bridges. Chef-owner Antoine Bouterin's menu offers homey Proven├žal dishes such as escargots simmered in herb butter, osso buco, grilled Dover sole with mustard sauce, sea bass in bouillabaisse and herb-crusted rack of lamb. We keep coming back for such soul-warming standards as seven-hour lamb stew, followed by tarte Tatin or lemon meringue pie.
