 André Terrail takes the helm after the recent death of his nearly legendary father Claude. The menu is still composed of the legendary specialties of this well-established institution such as canard au sang---over 800,000 have already been served. Fabled cellar, with thousands of pricey bottles and a few affordable ones, too. A la carte prices are stuck in the stratosphere, but even this monument with all its history has to bow to the times, so the luncheon menu has actually dropped to €65.
