 Bohemia is back with chef Galen Zamarra's creative, rustically chic menu at this stylish Village farmhouse. His innovative flair dresses up simple pleasures on a menu that changes daily and uses only seasonal ingredients. Past dishes have included a savoy cabbage stuffed with trumpet mushrooms, mustard greens, roasted acorn squash and autumn vegetable risotto or roasted pork with sage, white polenta, cabbage, braised escargot, and red wine onions. Imaginative desserts such as bittersweet chocolate pavé with pomegranate tapioca sauce covering chai ice cream linger pleasingly on your taste buds even as you step out into the twisted Village streets. The inspired design, which mixes bucolic wood beams and stone with modern-style banquettes and sexy lighting, lingers too.
