The Sea Grill Restaurant Review:

A very pricey renovation has kept this Rockefeller Center restaurant afloat and brought it into the new century. Now that the dining room has been spiffed up, the seafood has somehow become more interesting, with surprising dishes like seared yellowfin wrapped in prosciutto, lobster tail carpaccio and South American-inspired scallops, with chilies presented alongside the traditional grilled items and the tour-de-force crab cake. As good as the seafood can be, and as clever as many of the colorful presentations are, none of that really matters in winter, when the dining room overlooks New York's most romantic and nostalgic scene --- the skaters twirling about under the twinkling lights of the Rockefeller Center Christmas tree.
