The Noortwyck's name refers to "North District" in Dutch, as this West Village restaurant is located on what was once the northern tract of New Amsterdam. This is a collaboration from partners chef Andy Quinn and sommelier Cedric Nicaise, who met at Eleven Madison Park. Guests will find a New American menu focusing on local producers and purveyors.
