 Oceana Restaurant Review: Set in an airy and spacious room, this nautical-themed seafood eatery serves up first-rate fruits of the sea. Chef Ben Pollinger chooses pristine ingredients from the sea that are so fresh, you’ll swear the room is slowly rocking back and forth. Menu items include complex taro-wrapped pompano (accompanied by a savory coconut-cilantro curry) and crispy arctic char with buckwheat spätzle and melted leeks, wading in a lingonberry-caraway jus. It's enough to make you hope the ship never docks. |
