Remi draws on Venice's rich traditions of cuisine and architecture (witness the gorgeous covered-atrium dining room) to create a memorable meal. Chef/co-owner Francesco Antonucci creates solid Venetian cuisine that includes an extensive selection of antipasti, such as the radicchio octopus and the beet salad with warm goat cheese, along with entrées such as the signature ravioli Marco Polo filled with fresh tuna and ginger served in a light tomato sauce and seared tuna with oven-dried tomatoes and spinach. For dessert, there's a popular chocolate soufflé with almond-honey ice cream, as well as zabaglione and a Venetian cookie platter for two. Gather a party of 16 and dine at the chef's table in the kitchen, or reserve Remi's private room (with a separate entrance) that seats up to 85.
