Hubert Keller has branched out to red-hot Las Vegas with a sibling of his famed San Francisco mainstay (as well as with the decidedly more casual Burger Bar). But while we swoon over Fleur de Lys deux, we think it is this stylish French-California locale, the oldest at the top of San Francisco's best restaurants list, that’s most deserving for inclusion on our Top 40.
