 Chef Olivier Rousselle (ex-Michael's) prepares California-French specialties at this restaurant in the Luxe Hotel Sunset Boulevard. His market-driven menu features starters such as heirloom tomato and burrata salad; spicy ahi tuna tartare with taro chips; and Provençal salmon tartare with shallots, lemon and capers on Parmesan crostini. Main dishes range from "open" lobster ravioli to herb roasted rack of lamb with olive oil mashed potatoes and purple mustard sauce. Don't miss the almond financier for dessert. On Sunset is known for being a celebrity hideaway, so observant diners may spot Hollywood stars like Jennifer Aniston in their midst.
