 On Sunset Restaurant Review: Chef Olivier Rousselle (ex-Michael's) prepares California-French specialties at this restaurant in the Luxe Hotel Sunset Boulevard. His market-driven menu features starters such as heirloom tomato and burrata salad; spicy ahi tuna tartare with taro chips; and Provençal salmon tartare with shallots, lemon and capers on Parmesan crostini.
