 Vic & Anthony's Steakhouse Restaurant Review: A national steakhouse mini-chain (with outposts in Houston, Las Vegas and Atlantic City), Vic & Anthony’s is housed in a spacious room with a bar up front and a quiet dining area in the back. The menu is rather typical steakhouse fare with some options for the non-red meat eater, like Tabasco-laced seared scallops, Cognac-spiked lobster bisque and plus-size Maine lobster tails. But most diners come here for one thing: the steak. The bone-in rib-eye and filet mignon are nicely done: juicy and tender enough that a knife sinks right through. For dessert, the molten Nutella cake is a go-to sweet. The wine list is big enough to double as a door stop and includes globally sourced bottles, some of which are priced for fat cats while others are affordable. |
