Served at a State Department lunch attended by Chinese Vice President Xi Jinping, the 2004 Chinese Cuvée celebrates the year of the snake. Iron Horse's tête de cuvée, it boasts very little residual sugar, giving the wine a very dry mouthfeel. Its flavors are of baked apple, pear and custard.
