V. Sattui 2009 Prestige Cuvée Vittorio Sattui established his commercial winery in St. Helena in the 1880s. Still run by the Sattui family, it produces an excellent vintage sparkling wine composed mostly of Yountville Chardonnay and some Carneros Pinot Noir. On the palate, the 2009 Prestige Cuvée reveals a dry mouthfeel and toasty notes on the finish. Rating: 14/20
