Thankfully, there are plenty of fish in the sea for innovative chef Eric Ripert, who has been upholding the original vision of the late Gilbert Le Coze, founder of this temple to seafood, with current manager Maguy Le Coze, Gilbert's sister. Minimalist and coûte très cher, the experience of Le Bernardin is beyond words or dollars.
