CHAMPAGNE

Champagne Taittinger 2006 Comtes de Champagne Blanc de Blancs

Origin:
Champagne, France

Price: $199

Rolling in with this bottle of world-class bubbly is the dinner party guest equivalent of a triumphant mic drop. It's composed of 100% Chardonnay grapes grown in one of the top vineyards in the Cote des Blancs, and aged 10 years on the lees in 13th-century chalk cellars. So lively and full of marvelous fruit flavors including grapefruit, tangerine and orange, it finishes long with hints of licorice. Splendid with seafood, it's straight-up baller.
