RED The Chevaliers d'Aux, descendants of the Comtes d'Armagnac, were the first owners of this estate in 1632. Today, countless Bordeaux wines are produced by the winery. The Château Patache d'Aux 2009 Médoc is comprised of 60 percent Cabernet Sauvignon, 30 percent Merlot, 7 percent Cabernet Franc and 3 percent Petit Verdot. This robust red wine has hints of cherry, black currant, thyme and tobacco with an earthy and soft finish.
