THIS RESTAURANT HAS CHANGED LOCATIONS Oceana Restaurant Review:
Don’t let this Midtown seafood restaurant fool you: the interior design made to look like the inside of a ship’s cabin may be on the corny side, but the daily catches are first-rate. Chef Ben Pollinger chooses pristine ingredients from the sea that are so fresh, you’ll swear the room is slowly rocking back and forth. Menu items include complex taro-wrapped pompano (accompanied by a savory coconut-cilantro curry) and crispy arctic char with buckwheat spätzle and melted leeks, wading in a lingonberry-caraway jus. It's enough to make you hope the ship never docks.
