Detox Green Vegetable Salad – DAY 1/5

– green beans
carrot
– cauliflower
– broccoli
– peas
– bulgur or quinoa
– mint
– cilantro
– olive oil
– black pepper or cayenne
lemon juice
– NO SALT TODAY

Drink a lot of water with lemon and green tea. In the evening, prepare a green soup or a large vegetable juice with green apple. Sip herbal tea (without caffeine) at bed time.

• Cook the bulgur and all vegetables “al dente.”
• Add olive oil, pepper, mint, cilantro and lemon.
• Serve cold or warm.
