Âme du Vin Côtes de Provence Rosé 2016

Origin:
Côtes de Provence, France

Price: $17

Âme du Vin (pronounced Ahm-du-VAHN) translates to "Soul of Wine," a nod to the celebrated poem of the same name by 19th century French poet Charles Baudelaire. It's a 70/30 Garnache/Cinsault blend made at Caves du Commandeur estate near the historic Provençale village of Montfort-sur-Argens. Orange, apricot and jasmine notes highlight a buoyant rosé that finishes squeaky clean. At $17 a bottle, it's an exceptional value.
