2012 Top 40 Restaurants in the U.S. " THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Michel Richard Citronelle

Superstar chef Michel Richard challenges the pomp and circumstance of Washington D.C. with his playful, fresh French-California cuisine. His first elite pâtisserie in Los Angeles in 1977 led to the subsequent success of his celebrated Citrus in that same city a decade later. Today at his flagship in the nation's capital, Richard continues to charm guests from both sides of the aisle with his exuberant personality and superlative cooking. Following in the footsteps of other world-renowned chefs, he opened a Las Vegas outpost, Central Michel Richard, in September of 2011.
