The 2014 Sunset Savor the Central Coast will feature over 200 wines and 30 local chefs. Celebrity chef Fabio Viviani will prepare a duck dish at the main event on Saturday at the historic Santa Margarita Ranch, and Chef Tanya Holland will lead an Italian flavors seminar on Sunday. Other activities include a chance for participants to meet with winemakers, brew masters and artisans, and to tour the Central Coast Pavilion. Temecula Valley Wine County invites guests on a fun-filled culinary adventure during the annual Harvest Wine Celebration: a self-guided tour with delicious food and wine samplings from 30 different wineries. L.A.'s celebrated craft beer house, Brouwerij (pronounced “brewery”) West will collaborate and host The Festival 2014 with Shelton Brothers and Sharefest. The event will feature craft beers from more than 70 U.S. and international producers, and many of the brewmasters will be creating brews specifically for it, so attendees will be able to sample beers, ciders and meads they may not find anywhere else. The event will take place at Brouwerij West’s location at Crafted in San Pedro. Ticket prices range from $40 per session to $160 for full-weekend passes.
